Taking it all out with ALL OUT KINGZ
Forget about what you know about mainstream music. I mean, the usual radio-played hiphop-pop contemporary tunes you usually hear these days that makes America the music central in the planet. In the heart of the Philippines, lies the island of Panay where a promising city often dubbed about passionate love for culture and how its gentle people can transcend music from the heart. Let’s take a trip to Iloilo City, the rising tourism and cultural Avalon for decades. In this city, ALL OUT KINGZ was born and destined to propagate music. Music that sounds mainstream but resembles the language of the gentle, loving people--Ilonggo.

Four true blue Ilonggos are bonded together for one cause: send the message of love, hope, dreams, unity and yes, the over-used but still heart-moving theme of peace. The adversity of life fuelled the music of All Out Kingz, a newly-formed Ilonggo rap group headed by Kudafie, Stan, Chaiz and Ms. JT, all of them came from one place in Iloilo City, the humble community of Bo. Obrero located in the district of La Paz.

Kudafie is aggressive in everything about life and his message about living. Aggressive in a sense that he sees things through his heart and sometimes, deals with sacrifices to prove himself better as someone who can send his message through music, a newfound medium of solace where he can be himself. Now in his early 20s, this aspiring independent rapper realize that getting his inspiration from iconic American rapper Tupac Shakur, is indeed the best way he can express himself. As the oldest among his mates in their group, he acts as their shock absorber from all the trials and challenges that comes along the way. An active member of Youth for Christ (YFC) organization, he uses his wisdom for youth empowerment to inspire his generation, create strong messages of love and unity through his music and best of all, become someone who’s not only a rolemodel but can prove that a changed “life” is a compilation of the youth’s greatest hits of music. For him, his greatest ambition is to share his music and inspire the youth to dream big and stand tall. In the group, he’s one of the emotional lyricists and a dynamic rap performer onstage.

Stan is next in line. This guy who happens to enjoy music is now aspiring to transform his craft as more than just self-expression. He wanted to make young people become true to themselves and realize that there’s a better life away from bad vices and wasted memories. He idolized American rappers and RnB artists who now dominate the headphones of his generation. Also a member of YFC, Stan is optimistic and hopeful that their new venture will bear fruits of positive influence to young Ilonggos. Considered as the group’s important guy when it comes to creating their distinct music and infectious story-like lyrics of their songs, Stan prefers to spend his time making music with his mates. His musical style varies from hiphop, RnB to a bit of contemporary pop. It would be even better to suggest that Stan is somehow the brain and that focal emotion of the group’s music.

Chaiz is the promising vocal guy in All Out Kingz. He has the suave voice, the freestyle dynamism onstage, the awesome tongue-twisting rapping and the stand-out charisma. Listening to his rapping reminds the listeners of sensational music artists, a bit closer to Sean Kingston, Neyo or Jason Derulo. Whichever of these artists I’m comparing about, I don’t know what I’m saying now. I just tell what I feel and heard from him. Still struggling with his hectic schedule of his college life, Chaiz makes sure that spending time with his group creates a positive inspiration for young people through their music. It is the central theme of their music—to influence change and let them know that there’s more to life than breaking the rules and going crazy for love.  Chaiz is a fan of T.I. and Eminem, both American rappers whose rise to stardom are often glued with controversy. In his case, he just admires their artistry but not their notoriety. Maybe his newfound music with All Out Kingz resembles urban sensationalism but coated with positive message and inspiration. And being part of YFC is also an added factor of his goal to let the youth know that standing up for God and truth is not just an alternative in life but the most important reason of our existence.

Vocal adrenaline has been the fuel of inspiration for 17-year-old Ms. JT (most people call her Joan) in their place. A crowd favourite when it comes to amateur singing contests for her versatile voice range, JT is well exposed in singing and performing. Belting with her favourite Karaoke tunes was considered as JT’s usual hobby. But joining a lot of singing competition brought her a piece of fame. But when the trio of All Out Kingz invited her to join their group, she realized that merging her voice with other performers would mean something better. Though the trio of Kudafie, Stan and Chaiz resembles their group name “All Out Kingz” as the only boy among their respective siblings in the family, the youngest and the most pampered, JT was an exception because she’s a girl. But who care’s about it, JT enjoys their company and soon realize that she has a special place in the group--- the pampered rose among the thorns.  So, this young and charming girl who happens to idolize Celine Dion, Mariah Carey, Sarah Geronimo and Whitney Houston has a new musical direction, no, actually mission—to inspire young Ilonggos that they are here to stay for their music of youth-empowerment, unity and peace.

Formed by dreams, inspired by the youth and set to entertain the Ilonggos, All Out Kingz is managed by rslphoenix music, a team of Ilonggo artists and indie music producers who created the Ilonggo 3nity is proud to introduce the new faces of Ilonggo music. They are also collaborating with SYK Unit, a group of stand-out Ilonggo rappers and music artists for years who made a name for their various influences. Starting with the release of their independent singles “Changes,” a youth-empowering hiphop-RnB track, “Ano Bala?,” a Ballad hiphop RnB song and soon “Baby Girl,” another catchy rap song, All Out Kingz is Iloilo’s answer to local Black Eyed Peas with a twist of Ilonggo music... and yes, it also comes with “let-us-entertain-you” phrase.

All Out Kingz is taking their dreams one step at a time.
